As the Seattle region hosts matches this June & July, SeaTac is emerging as a vibrant hub for fans, residents, and visitors—and Stoup is excited to help bring that vision to life.

So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

NW Red

Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

Thesis Generator IPA

Over here at Stoup, we miss our school days so we decided it would be fun to write a thesis paper. Really, how hard could it be? First, a thesis statement. Here's ours: "To make a perfect IPA, you must use delicious ingredients with just the right hops to make the flavor and aroma pop". Then we researched thousands of hop combinations and determined that aromas of pink grapefruit, berry and pineapple would be freakin' delicious. So we brewed our Thesis Generator IPA, drank it and agreed that our thesis statement was 100% correct. Man, writing a thesis is soooo easy! We didn't cheat and use AI either!

Our rotating Sour Pop Fruited Sour series will showcase a variety of fruits in a tart and refreshing beer. We use Lachancea yeast, and exciting yeast that both produces lactic acid and ferments maltose, alongside our house ales yeast. This version is Tropical with pineapple, passionfruit and guava.

Velvety smooth and bursting with stone fruit flavor, this cider is perfect blend of apples, pears, and peaches. It's a sip of sunshine in every pint: juicy, refreshing, and packed with summer vibes. We think it's just peachy!

Located in the Old Bank Building at 18400 International Boulevard, Stoup SeaTac City is a central gathering place for the tournament, featuring daily match screenings on a large screen, live entertainment, community programming, and daily on-site food from Outsider BBQ.

With space for approximately 250 guests, Stoup SeaTac City offers an inclusive, energetic atmosphere for fans to gather and celebrate the world’s game.
