Mixtape Juliet, our dry hopped sour series, showcases a unique combination of hops in each release-just like Mixtape Romeo does for Pilsner beers. This edition features two advanced hop oil products from New Zealand, Freestyle Motueka SubZero Hop Kief and Clayton Hops Amplifire Riwaka Fresh Hop Oil. Both are hop oils designed to boost flavor and aroma. Enjoy a tart refresher with aromas of pink grapefruit and lime.

Peaches & Tease Peach Sour

ABV: 4.50    IBU: 8.00    SRM: 9.00
We brewed this tart, sassy beer for our Stoup Cap Hill Beerlesque show. While thinking of what kind of beer pairs well with burlesque, we couldn't ignore the juicy, full-bodied, rosy imagery that kept appearing in our minds. What were those voluptuous orbs of mouthwatering sweetness? Peaches of course! Meet Peaches & Tease, a moderately sour beer with hibiscus and peach. A perfect pairing for your favorite burlesque performance!

RoseYay Raspberry Sour

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 4.00    SRM: 8.00
Pink, spritzy and tart with prominent raspberry presence. Kind of like a rose with raspberries. RoseYay!
Categories: Sour

Gaia's Ghost

ABV: 6.70    IBU: 10.00    SRM: 3.00
We started with a grain bill of Northwest grown Spelt malt from LINC malt and German Pilsner malt then soured with a Lactic Acid yeast. We followed that with Brettanomyces and aged in stainless for 2 years. The result is a tart, crisp, dry beer with aromas of fruity esters and a touch of funky Brett character.

Sole Fresco

Lemon Selz

ABV: 6.42    IBU: 0.00    SRM: 0.00
Lemon Seltzer / Descriptors: Tart Lemon. Refreshing. Effervescent.
A tart, limoncello spritz inspired refresher with just enough sweetness to balance it all out. It's lemon. It's effervescent. It's fun!

Offset Peach Cider

ABV: 6.50    IBU: 0.00    SRM: 0.00

Cervecita Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.80    IBU: 14.00    SRM: 2.00
Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

German Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 37.00    SRM: 3.00
Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Bavarian Hefeweizen

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 13.00    SRM: 4.00
Close your eyes, take a sip of this beer and you’re sure to be transported to a tree-lined, sun-speckled biergarten in Munich. We honor tradition by brewing this beer using decoction mashing techniques and fermenting with a German yeast strain that imparts prominent banana and clove notes. The wheat gives this beer a crisp, slightly tart, refreshing finish. Mosaic Pale Ale

ABV: 5.30    IBU: 39.00    SRM: 5.00
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

Citra IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Good Times Machine IPA

ABV: 7.20    IBU: 60.00    SRM: 4.00
Sometimes a van is more than a vehicle. It can rise above and become a party on wheels, a symbol of freedom, a carpet-walled sanctuary. A GOOD TIMES MACHINE. Sometimes a beer can follow suit. It's not just barley, water, yeast and hops. It's a magical elixir. A party in a pint glass. A GOOD TIMES MACHINE IPA. To reach this pinnacle of carefree and cool, a beer's got to be loaded with some pretty groovy hops. These hops deliver the essence of tropical fruit, citrus and berry. This is no regular day IPA, this is a Good Times Machine IPA!

Rays of Our Lives IPA

ABV: 6.10    IBU: 53.00    SRM: 3.00
Our friends at Ray's Boathouse asked us to brew an IPA that would be perfect for summer weather on the patio. Something moderate in alcohol and and tropical in aroma and flavor. And of course we obliged! Because we love Ray's and we love summer. Find this beer at Ray's Boathouse all summer long.

Rainbow Bubbles IPA

ABV: 6.30    IBU: 52.00    SRM: 3.00

Our Stoup Pride month IPA is simply joy in a glass. Feast your eyes on a giddy dance of bubbles in every color of the rainbow while enjoying the aromas of Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin and HBC 630. So as not to overpower the delicate aromas of gooseberry, white grape and tropical fruit, we kept the malt bill soft with additions of wheat and pilsner malt. It's moderately dry and extremely crushable. We raise a glass of Rainbow Bubbles IPA to equality, compassion, and the incredible gift of loving people for who they are. (Disclaimer: the bubbles are NOT rainbow colored. That's impossible, silly). Proceeds from this beer support a local organization that lifts our LGBT community. See our social media channels for this year's recipient.

Citra Studies IPA

ABV: 6.60    IBU: 68.00    SRM: 4.00
We LOVE Citra hops! Really, who doesn't? While we like Citra in lots of beers, we thought it was a good idea to go all out crazy with the Citra in this one. We put Citra Cryo hops and Citra Incognito in the whirlpool then we added even more Citra Cryo in the dry hop. Thought you liked Citra and couldn't enjoy it more? Wrong! Try Citra Studies IPA. It'll blow your mind with Citra flavor and aroma. Really. Just try it, you'll see.

Paraderade IPA

ABV: 6.70    IBU: 60.00    SRM: 4.00
Our LGBTQIA+ friends and allies are coming together to celebrate a vibrant, beautiful community. We brewed this beer to help fuel the passion for equality and acceptance and also to just have some fun together. While Pride is much more than a parade, we still love a good march down the street. Think of this beer as fuel for your Pride parade! Hops: Enigma, Chinook and Comet. This is our second Pride beer. Hops: Citra Cryo, Comet, Mosaic Cryo.

NW Red

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 40.00    SRM: 12.00
Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

Robust Porter

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 31.00
Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.

Whiskers Out Export Stout

ABV: 6.60    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 43.00
Aromas and flavors of dark roasted malts, molasses and a hint of chocolate. Moderately dry and with just enough alcohol warmth to let you know it's there, our Export Stout will make you want to wrap your fingers around a pint, cozy up to the bar and enjoy some quality time together.

Sandals & Flannels IPA

ABV: 6.90    IBU: 56.00    SRM: 4.00
Call us old-fashioned or retro or...old, but sometimes we long for the days of yesteryear. The days when Seattle was rainy and grungy and kind of greasy. When you didn't have to iron your flannel shirts and Birkenstocks were a fashion statement (only if they were really smelly and worn within a millimeter of the asphalt). In an effort to celebrate those angst filled days, we brewed this hazy IPA (like the skies back then, get it?). Unfortunately, due to our naturally sunny dispositions and close proximity to so many hopeful millennials, we couldn't help but pack it with the brightest, citrusiest, peachiest, passion fruitiest hops we could find-Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. So, celebrate those glory days with Sandals & Flannels IPA, but also celebrate the new you that showers daily and brushes your hair.
