What's on Tap

Cervecita Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.80    IBU: 14.00    SRM: 2.00
Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

German Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 37.00    SRM: 3.00
Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Mixtape Romeo

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 32.00    SRM: 3.00
ABV: 5% IBU: 32 SRM: 3
Category: Lager/ Descriptors: Crisp. Melon. Grapefruit.
In the entire history of humankind, there has never been a more profound expression of love than the personalized mixtape. Hours of deliberation about which songs to share from your home tape collection followed by hours of tiny handwritten playlists with tiny hearts incorporated wherever possible. Follow that with ""play""-""record"", change tape, ""play""-""record"" change tape............This beer is our mixtape for you. For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Krush Cryo for aromas of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Offset Peach Cider

ABV: 4.50    IBU: 0.00    SRM: 0.00

Dortmunder Export Style Lager

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 26.00    SRM: 2.00
We brewed this beer with our friends at Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim, CA for the annual Grainmaker Festival in Spokane. This Dortmunder Export Style Lager is a refreshing pale lager with a soft bitterness and spicy, noble hop aroma from Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops. It's balanced with a light crackery malt sweetness from 100% Washington grown LINC Steffi Pilsner malt and LINC Baronesse Pilsner malt.

California Common

ABV: 4.70    IBU: 38.00    SRM: 6.00
Our California Common pays homage to a distinctly American beer, the "steam beer" made famous by Anchor Brewing Company in San Francisco. This beer is a hybrid beer which means we used lager yeast, but fermented at ale temperatures. The outcome is a smooth session beer with a distinct toasted and caramel malt flavor.

Mosaic Pale Ale

ABV: 5.30    IBU: 39.00    SRM: 5.00
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

Citra IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Beerhall Helles

ABV: 4.40    IBU: 19.00    SRM: 2.00
German Pilsner malt is the backbone for this clean, crisp German-style lager. A gentle malt sweetness teased out through traditional decoction brewing methods is balanced by Hallertau Mittlefruh hops making for a spicy, bright finish.

Sandals & Flannels Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 47.00    SRM: 4.00
You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Cap Hill Magic Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 4.00
For the first brew at our beautiful, new Capitol Hill brewery, we decided to give the Cap Hill people what they wanted. HAZY! And now it makes an appearance every year on our Cap Hill Anniversary. We added Citra, Krush and Mosaic Cryo to the whirlpool for a burst of tropical, citrus and red fruit aroma and flavors then gave even more tropical, citrus and berry aromas with Citra, Riwaka and Superdelic in the dry hop. Cheers to many more beers brewed at Stoup Capitol Hill!

We brewed this beer using traditional decoction methods for a clean and crisp beer. It has a delicate malt sweetness from German 2-row Pilsner malt as well as subtle German hop character from Tettnanger hops. Refreshing with a dry finish.

Rays of Our Lives IPA

ABV: 6.10    IBU: 53.00    SRM: 3.00
Our friends at Ray's Boathouse asked us to brew an IPA that would be perfect for summer weather on the patio. Something moderate in alcohol and and tropical in aroma and flavor. And of course we obliged! Because we love Ray's and we love summer. Find this beer at Ray's Boathouse all summer long.

Simcoe Studies IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 66.00    SRM: 4.00

If you're looking for a lesson in the deliciousness of Simcoe hops, drink this beer! We added loads of Simcoe Cryo hops in the whirlpool and in the dry hop. We threw a little Citra in there to keep it honest, but if you're searching for the citrus and pine that only Simcoe can deliver, this beer is for you!

NW Red

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 40.00    SRM: 12.00

Robust Porter

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 31.00
Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.
