Welcome

We have plenty of options for everyone in our Ballard taproom. Our main bar flows out to ample, covered seating in front of a large garage door. We also have a spacious beer garden with fire-pit seating. Many of our outside areas have overhead heating. Kids and well behaved dogs are welcome in the main taproom, out front and in the beer garden. All seating is first-come/first serve with the exception of private events. Upstairs at Stoup is reserved for 21+ humans only.

Czech Pils

Our Czech Style Pilsner is built on a base of Weyermann Barke-Pilsner Malt and Weyermann Pilsner Malt for a soft, lightly malt-forward ,bright lager with notes of biscuit and cracker. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz hops for a mild noble hop spiciness.

Silence Has a Sound Winter Lager

This beer was brewed with a base of Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts then fermented using lager yeast. It is malt forward, with a light sweetness and toasty flavor, but long, cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean finish. It's got all of the flavor and satisfaction of a big winter beer, but without all the heaviness and noise.

So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Slam Tilt Hazy IPA-Verdant Brewing Collab

We brewed this beer with our new friends from Verdant Brewing Co. in Penryn, UK. After a night of pinball at a local tavern in Seattle, we decided Slam Tilt was the perfect homage to a fun collaboration. This beer is a hazy delight with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and guava from Mosaic Cryo, Citra Cryo, NZ Trial Hop 109 and Krush.

New Narrative IPA

We were honored to be asked to brew a 1 Year Anniversary beer for our friends Jarek and Laurence at Mosaic Taphouse in Portland. They love our WC IPAs so who are we to deny them what they love? Krush and Simcoe are the hops that give this beer it's aromas of tropical fruit, pine and citrus. Mosaic Taphouse is changing the narrative in craft beer as a queer and Filipino owned taphouse. We are very proud of you! Happy Anniversary Mosaic Taphouse!

Why yes, I'd love a pint of the Please & Thank you IPA. This newest version of our rotating Hop Exploration Series is a West Coast Style IPA built on a base of 2-Row and Pilsner malts. It's dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra Cryo with some Mosaic Cryo and Citra Incognito in the whirlpool for aromas of berry, citrus and pine. A balanced malt profile and a beautiful looking beer to boot? Yes, please! & thank you...because my mama raised me right.

Keeps On Giving IPA

This generous Northwest style IPA gives a sturdy, balanced malt base and then hop, after hop, after delicious hop. We start with Loral and Simcoe Cryo hops in the whirlpool for the citrus flavor and grapefruit aromas. Then, (oh yeah!, there's more) we dry hop with Amarillo, Bru-1 and Citra Cryo for more orange, stone fruit and citrus. Now that's a beer that keeps on giving!
