Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Traditional. This garnet hued brew has the classic malty flavor of its German cousins. Lagered traditionally for Oktoberfest celebrations, you'll want to find your trusty lederhosen and fill a stein!

A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. We brewed this beer for Freakout Festival 2025 so we wanted it to be crisp, refreshing and fueling to sustain your thirst for amazing music! Built on a base of pilsner malt and rice, this crisp and refreshing delight is scary delicious. We added New Zealand Cascade and Motueka in the dry hop for a pop of lime, honeydew and papaya.

Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

We travelled to Bellingham to collaborate with our friends at Structures Brewing. This lager is malt forward with a clean, satisfying finish.

Hours of deliberation about which songs to share from your home tape collection followed by hours of tiny handwritten playlists with tiny hearts incorporated wherever possible. Follow that with ""play""-""record"", change tape, ""play""-""record"" change tape............This beer is our mixtape for you. For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Krush Cryo for aromas of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Old pathways lost under a blanket of freshly fallen snow make way for new tracks on trails yet to be made. Powder Tracks Winter Ale, a malt forward beer with chocolate and caramel notes touched with a hint of citrus aroma, will call you to forget the noise and embrace the quiet of a winter trail.

Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.

You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Our friends at The Hall (Queen Anne, Moss Bay, and Occidental) are on a mission to take over the Seattle sports and beer scene. So when they asked us to brew a West Coast IPA worthy of touchdowns, home runs, and slap shots, we said “game on!” This beer is packed with an all star lineup of hops with Hall of Fame worthy notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. Our rotating fruited sour series will showcase a variety of fruits in a tart and refreshing beer. We use Lachancea yeast, an exciting yeast that both produces lactic acid and ferments maltose, alongside our house ale yeast. This version is strawberry and watermelon!
